Abstract
Parallel RCT (N=42 adolescents) evaluating a brief group ACT protocol focused on RNT (3 sessions) versus waitlist. At post-treatment, the ACT group significantly improved interpersonal skills (d=2.62), values progress, and reduced emotional symptoms. Indicates efficacy of brief intervention focused on breaking RNT to improve interpersonal competence in adolescents.
