Abstract
Preliminary study (N=15 adolescents) comparing two defusion protocols (deictic only vs. deictic+hierarchical+regulation). Only the extended protocol produced relevant changes, maintained at 4 months. The utility of RFT analysis for understanding the mechanisms of defusion techniques in ACT is discussed.
